Way back in 2009, my hair felt too long for the summer heat and I was struck with a silly idea: What if I crowdsourced my haircut?
In 2024, with my hair down past my waist, I decided to revisit the idea for a special cause.
Using the two sliders, visitors picked the “best” cut and color for me then cast their vote by making a donation to UKANDU, bringing joy and community to families affected by childhood cancer.
Voting on my hair is over, but I’m not finished yet: I want to make this site a platform for others too.
